I am pleased to report the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have finished my Photo-A-Day\/Project Life album for 2012 &#8211; as reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/?p=861\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I rode my bike on six days, varying my route. I&#8217;ve ridden into Greytown, around the block, and out to Woodside on the rail trail<\/li>\n<li>I have restarted my yoga practice &#8211; and rediscovered some muscles; I managed six sessions (and bought a yoga mat)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/?attachment_id=888\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-888\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-888\" alt=\"Blog-4-2-Bestie-&amp;-me\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Bestie-me.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Bestie-me.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Bestie-me-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Bestie-me-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>I met up with my bestie last week, enjoying a lovely lunch with her and afterwards joining her in the air-conditioned coolness of Harvey Norman to print off some photos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>I sent two thank you cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/?attachment_id=887\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-887\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-887\" alt=\"Blog-4-2-Quartet\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Quartet.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Quartet.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Quartet-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sevilo.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Blog-4-2-Quartet-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>I went to see Quartet and really enjoyed it &#8211; I love the gentle British sense of humour. Did you know this movie was directed by <em>Dustin Hoffman<\/em> (perhaps he yearns to be a Brit himself)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With those goals achieved, it&#8217;s time to think about some goals for February:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continue with being active, riding my bike, walking briskly, doing aerobics or yoga on two days out of three<\/li>\n<li>investigate a yoga class (I think there is one in Greytown, and there is a new fitness centre beginning operations in Carterton that might have a session as well)<\/li>\n<li>send out four cards &#8211; to say hello, thank you, or &#8216;just because&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>make four scrapbook layouts<\/li>\n<li>go to the movies again &#8211; perhaps to see <em>The Hobbit,<\/em> if I haven&#8217;t missed it already<\/li>\n<li>attempt to go for one week without sugar in my diet (I think this is going to be a big challenge, not least because sugar lurks in so many foods where it has no business &#8211; have you read your cornflakes packet recently?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I know there are others out there setting goals on a monthly basis (it&#8217;s a manageable amount of time to tackle).
